1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any MoltenRock application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our applications.

2. License Grant

Goldcote Ltd Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MoltenRock applications on your personal Mac computers, subject to these terms.

These applications are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not:

• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• •Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

3. Software Updates

We may periodically release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Updates may be provided through the Apple App Store. While we strive to maintain compatibility, we do not guarantee that updates will be available indefinitely or that older versions will continue to function.

MoltenRock applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• •Warranties regarding the security or privacy of third-party AI agents you connect

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldcote Ltd Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the software.

6. Local Processing

MoltenRock applications are designed to operate locally on your Mac. You acknowledge that any AI agents or services you connect to MoltenRock applications are third-party services, and we are not responsible for their operation, security, or privacy practices. You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights and permissions to use such services.

7. Privacy

Our use of any information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MoltenRock applications, you acknowledge that we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or usage information.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling and ceasing to use MoltenRock applications. We reserve the right to discontinue the software or modify these terms at any time, though our core commitment to local-first, privacy-respecting software will remain unchanged.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of MoltenRock applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
